I'm not sure what's going on in my subconscious, but I was having the weirdest dreams last night. Maybe you dream enthusiasts can help me out here.
In the first one, Mari & I were in London for school. Don't ask me why we'd EVER be taking the same classes overseas but whatever. In the dream we decide to go on an excursion through the city with the intention of being back at a certain time for our class. Well, something (which I can't remember right now) made us extremely late and I went on a RAMPAGE in the dorms- slamming doors, thrashing my bag on the walls, stomping in the halls, screaming at the top of my longs. Just this manifestation of so much anger the likes of which I've never seen. What was THAT about?!
I woke up from that dream greeted by some severe cramps, so maybe that was the cause? Who knows!
In the next dream, I was in my old apartment on Greene Avenue in BedStuy, the last one we lived in on the 3rd floor, and there were these guys who kept coming through the apartment criticizing everything I was doing. At least I think that's what they were doing because it's about 9AM right now as I type this and the dream happened about three hours ago. Mari was in that one, too, and she was all, "What's the matter?" And I said, "These assholes keep coming in here with their stupid opinions that NOBODY cares about!!" and then she aligned herself with me to get rid of them.
What the hell??
1- I need Mari to stop being such an attention whore that she's appearing in my dreams, and
2- WHAT THE HELL?!
Someone, please, feel free to tell me what all this means!
*smooches...wishing my brain would shut up sometimes*

and you can tell I'm all verklempt this morning because my list only has TWO items. I may not make it to this evening in one piece :(

Could be that the Mari in your dream represents certain aspects of your own self, is a symbolic representation somehow.
Dream #1: I effing hate these and I've had my fair share, including the high levels of anger. I think you're feeling like time is running out in some way or another and you can't get a hold on it. Since you were at school in the dream, I would guess that you feel time is running out on something related to education (your thesis?) or some other "smarty pants" pursuit.
Dream #2: Um, you've been pretty down on yourself lately, from what I've seen in some of your posts. I see this dream as just that, you're brain echoing what you've been saying ... and you're not liking it. Maybe this dream is your own self trying to tell you to back up a little and take it easy. In a way, maybe it's your brain telling you "hey asshole, stop coming in here with your stupid opinions that NOBODY cares about."
I think its the heat... I've been having some crazy dreams lately too... I had 1 beyond crazy last night.
and tell Mari to call me while her tail be all up in my hood. I was tryna let her settle in but now its at the point of rude. shoooooo! Tell her I will do her worse than I did at TGIFridays for being brand new.
Dream #1: Sounds like you were expecting some random guy to appear moments before the bell rang and carry your books to class and being late pretty much screwed everything up.
Oh the cramps are a result of you over-imagining the weight of your books and over-exaggerating how many flights of stairs it takes to arrive at your homeroom (60 flights to be exact).
Tall school buildings wayyy out in London.
Dream #2: Definitely sounds like your half of the pizza didn't have as many pepperoni slices as Mari's did.

@Raquel: I am fabulous and you miss me. I will be in BK today and possibly for the rest of the week with this cat sitting fiasco. Also, I think this means we need an excursion in the near future. Europe 2011?
But really, I would love some expert advice on these dreams since I have been having some Raquel filled dreams as well.
